2024

This Annual block party and picnic took place last August 3, 2024. Basketball and other outdoor games accompanied live music by The Radio Rangers while hot dogs and burgers were grilled and ice cream scooped alongside a variety of side dishes brought by community members that were shared by all! Thanks to efforts by the Bend Revitalization Initiative to secure grant funding, activities included painting a Mural that is now located at the Lamoille Rail Trail Trailhead in the Greensboro Bend Village. Lead artist, Tara Goreau, was joined by community members prior to the picnic to paint the mural panels, which were then finalized and installed by Tara.
