About
Founded in 1934, the Greensboro Association (GA) works to protect Caspian Lake and its surrounding environment and to support the Greensboro, Vermont community. The GA is a member-based nonprofit made up of more than 350 households.
Our Vision
The Greensboro Association will be an essential connector within our greater Greensboro community and an example throughout Vermont for what we achieve through community collaboration and environmental stewardship.
Our Mission
To advance initiatives that connect and enhance our greater Greensboro community, protect our lakes and environment, and support a vibrant local economy.
Focus Areas
To make these efforts all possible—now and for generations to come—the Greensboro Association established the Fund for Greensboro.
Together, these efforts strengthen the fabric of Greensboro and help sustain the natural beauty and shared spirit that define our town.
We welcome any individual with a connection to the Greensboro community who supports our mission: “To advance initiatives that connect and enhance our greater Greensboro community, protect our lakes and environment, and support a vibrant local economy.”
