The following two letters illustrate why it is important to have an active, involved civic association in the town of Greensboro. Since many of the property owners are not residents and cannot vote, it is important for the health of the community for there to be a way for these folks to express how they feel on important issues that may arise. The Greensboro Association serves that purpose, among others. A review of the standing committees illustrates additional involvement and service to the community.
