President, Niall Kirkwood called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.
He went over the handouts and requested that people look at the reports online if they have internet access. (For the purposes of the minutes, all reports are attached).

August 17, 2009 (REV 1)

President Niall Kirkwood called the meeting to order in Fellowship Hall at 7:37 pm. He informed everyone of the change in format to have 2 committee reports during the meeting, each lasting approximately 10 minutes, and that all committee reports were available in written form in the back of the room.

August 2009 Board Meeting Minutes

President Niall Kirkwood called the meeting to order at about 5 p.m.  Trustees present: Broad, Crawford, Dales, Harvey, Johnston, Kirkwood, Lovett, Osterhout, Porrazzo, Reynolds, Schweizer, Stone, Twiss and Wheeler attended.  A special meeting was required to nominate the Greensboro Association secretary, Stephanie Osterhout. It was moved and seconded to accept.

Stone, III, Richard Lovett, Mary Meyers, Janney Johnston, Tara Reynolds, John Schweizer, and Stephen Ferber and Sherral Lumsden.
