President Niall Kirkwood called the meeting to order at 4:05pm.  Trustees present were Andy Dales,
Margaret Daniels, Celia Crawford, Rob Twiss, Bud Harvey, Linda Ely, Michael Porrazzo, John C. Stone, III,
Richard Lovett, Mary Meyers, Janney Johnston, Tara Reynolds, John Schweizer, and
Stephen Ferber and Sherral Lumsden.
